The Authorize button gets activated as soon as you enter a valid license key. If your license key doesn't get accepted, there could be various reasons:
- You have installed another version than the license key is issued for. The license keys are only valid for the major product version, so as an example, a license key issued for version 1.x of a product won't work for version 2.x. Download links for legacy versions can be found on our page.
- On Windows make sure you have installed the right bit-architecture of our plug-in(s). For (older) 32 bit hosts, install the 32 bit version. For (current) 64 bit hosts, install the 64 bit version.
- You have installed another product than the license key is issued for. Please be aware that DeVerberate and Verberate are two different products.
- You have entered the license key incorrectly. Please try to copy and paste the license key.
If you have excluded all of the above, please take a screenshot with the license key entered and send it to support@acondigital.com.
